IFIC Bank will upgrade its core banking system on Thursday, July 18, to provide customers with more sophisticated and improved services. As a result, banking services will be unavailable at all branches and Uposhakhas on that day.
However, all card services will remain operational, and customers can continue to use the IFIC Aamar Bank digital app, IFIC Visual Interactive Voice Response (VIVR), and the IFIC Customer Service Center (16255) for relevant services.
Information about the service disruption has been communicated to customers and stakeholders via SMS, email, press advertisements, and social media.
