Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hold a media briefing on her recent visit to China this Sunday.
“The press conference will be held at the prime minister’s official residence, Ganabhaban, at 4 pm,” announced her press wing in a release.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina visited Beijing for an official trip at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang, returning home on Thursday.
During her stay in Beijing from July 8 to 10, Prime Minister Hasina met with Chinese President Xi Jinping and held a bilateral meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang at the Great Hall of the People.
On Wednesday morning, following a delegation-level bilateral meeting, Bangladesh and China signed and renewed approximately 21 cooperation documents, primarily memorandums of understanding (MoUs), aimed at enhancing development and economic cooperation between the two nations.
Additionally, Bangladesh and China announced seven outcomes, including the conclusion of a joint feasibility study on the Bangladesh-China Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
