The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced a partial rescheduling of the viva dates for the 44th BCS General Cadre Candidates.
In a notification issued on Saturday, BPSC revealed that the viva for candidates who passed the written exam has been partially rescheduled. According to the new schedule, the viva will commence on July 9 at the main office of the BPSC. Each day, 150 candidates will be examined from July 9 to August 4, with the final 46 candidates being examined on August 5.
Previously, BPSC had announced that the viva would be held from May 8 to July 31.
The notification also stated that 1,710 officers will be recruited into various cadres. This includes 250 in the administrative cadre, 50 in the police cadre, 10 in the foreign affairs cadre, 14 in the ansar cadre, 30 in the audit and accounts cadre, 11 in the tax cadre, 8 in the cooperative cadre, 7 in the railway transport and commercial cadre, 10 in the information cadre, 23 in the postal cadre, 6 in the commerce cadre, 27 in the family planning cadre, 3 in the food cadre, 485 in the technical cadre, and 776 in the education cadre.
