The Comilla Education Board has altered the results of 781 students following the re-evaluation of the 2024 SSC exam results.
The updated results were released on Tuesday through a circular signed by Dr. Md Asaduzzaman, the controller of examinations at the Comilla Education Board.
Deputy Controller of Examinations (Secondary) Mohammad Shahidul Islam stated that 30,898 students applied online to re-check 75,085 answer sheets across various subjects. As a result, 77 students achieved a new GPA-5, 204 students who had initially failed passed, and 500 students experienced a change in their grades.
Comilla Education Board Chairman Professor Dr. Md Nizamul Karim confirmed that the results were published after thorough verification according to the established policy.
Students with changed results can apply online for college admission on June 12-13.
The original SSC results were published on May 12, with re-scrutiny applications accepted from May 13-19. This year, the pass rate for the Comilla Education Board was 79.23%.
