Due to worsening flood conditions in Sylhet caused by continuous rains and landslides, the Companiganj upazila administration has banned tourists from entering the Sada Pathor tourist point in Bholaganj village. The order, signed by Companiganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sanjit Kumar Chand, cited increased water levels in the Dhalai River and submerged tourist areas as reasons for the closure until conditions improve.
