In response to the impact of Cyclone Remal, Banglalink has announced several initiatives to support affected communities. Recognizing the vital need for connectivity during such crises, Banglalink is providing free talk time, internet, and other discounted services to residents in cyclone-affected regions.
Banglalink is offering 10 minutes of free talk time and 500MB of free internet with a three-day validity to help those impacted by Cyclone Remal stay connected with their families. Eligible customers will receive detailed information about these offers, including benefits and activation procedures, via SMS notifications.
In addition to free talk time and internet, Banglalink is providing free SIM replacements in affected areas for the next three days starting from May 28. Specially designed offers to support those impacted by the cyclone will be available through Banglalink’s digital platform. The company will also continue to offer emergency balance and loan facilities to assist customers facing difficulties.
