Midland Bank PLC has signed a Bancassurance agreement with Zenith Islami Life Insurance Limited, enabling Midland Bank customers to directly access a range of life and health insurance benefits from Zenith Life.
The agreement was signed on May 16 at Midland Bank’s head office in Gulshan. Representing Zenith Life, CEO SM Nuruzzaman signed the agreement, while managing director and CEO Md Ahsan-uz Zaman represented Midland Bank.
Also present were Md Rashed Akhtar, Head of Retail Distribution Division and Chief Bancassurance Officer; Khondoker Imran Hossain, Bancassurance Manager of Midland Bank; Abdur Rahman, Company Secretary; Md Shahadat Hossain, Head of Bancassurance; and Anwar Hossain Sarkar, Head of Group Insurance of Zenith Life, along with other officials from both organizations.
