“Bangladesh Heatwave Update: Schools & Colleges Closed, Primary Schools Shut Till May 2”

Responding to the scorching heatwave, the Ministry of Education has ordered the closure of secondary schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical education institutions across Khulna and Rajshahi divisions, along with several districts of Bangladesh. Additionally, primary schools nationwide will remain closed until May 2. The High Court has also mandated the closure of primary and secondary educational institutions till Thursday amidst the ongoing heatwave.
