Anticipation mounts as education officials hint at the release of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent exam results in the second week of May. Tapan Kumar Sarker, Chairman of Dhaka Education Board and President of the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, revealed that the results typically surface within 60 days following the conclusion of written exams. Accordingly, the outcome is likely to emerge by May 11, he stated. Efforts are underway to finalize the publication date, with May 9, 10, and 11 earmarked as potential options. However, the formal announcement awaits the endorsement of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina following proposals forwarded to the Ministry of Education. The 2024 SSC and equivalent exams commenced on February 15, witnessing the participation of 20,24,192 students across eleven education boards. With written exams wrapping up on March 12 and practical exams concluding on March 20, students and educators alike eagerly await the forthcoming results, poised to shape the academic trajectories of countless individuals.
