The highly anticipated main Eid-ul-Fitr congregation is scheduled to take place at 8:30am at the National Eidgah situated on the High Court premises in the capital city on the auspicious day of Eid.
However, contingency plans are in place, and in case of adverse weather conditions, the congregation will shift to Baitul Mukarram National Mosque at 9am.
According to a press release, approximately 35,000 Muslims are expected to participate in Eid prayers at the Eidgah maidan under the main pandal, while numerous others will offer prayers outside the designated area.
The esteemed Khatib of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, Hafez Maulana Mufti Mohammad Ruhul Amin, along with the Muazzin Quari Habibur Rahman, will lead and conduct the Eid prayers.
