Brace for traffic congestion on the Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway in Uttara, Dhaka, as ongoing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project activities are set to cause delays for the next 14 days, starting from Tuesday morning.
ASM Ilyas Shah, the BRT project director, issues a crucial traffic advisory, urging commuters on this route to plan their journeys with extra time in hand.
According to the advisory, BRT project works will be conducted daily from 6 am on Tuesday until 6 am on March 18, potentially leading to increased traffic congestion in both directions—Dhaka to Mymensingh and vice versa.
The BRT official seeks everyone’s cooperation during this period to ensure a smoother flow of traffic. Stay informed and plan your travel accordingly.
