The application period for the first-year undergraduate admission test in General and Science and Technology (GST) universities for the academic year 2023-24 has been extended by one day, until February 27 at 11:59pm. This decision was officially communicated in a notification by the admission examination core committee of GST universities on Sunday, following the committee’s third online meeting held on February 22.
Originally, the application window was set from 12:01pm on February 12 to 11:59pm on February 26. However, due to a technical error during the admission application process that disrupted the application process for a day, the core committee decided to accommodate aspirants by extending the deadline to February 27.
The admission test dates remain unchanged, scheduled for April 27 (A Unit-Science), May 3 (B Unit-Humanities), and May 10 (C Unit-Commerce). The test times are set for 12pm to 1pm for the “A” unit (Science) and from 11am to 12pm for the other two units (Humanities and Commerce).
Prospective students are encouraged to take advantage of this additional day to complete their applications for a chance to secure admission for the upcoming academic year.
