Bangladesh Telecom Company Limited (BTCL) unveils a game-changing solution with the introduction of the 16402 call centre to address telephone and internet service disruptions promptly.
In the event of BTCL’s telephone or internet service encountering disruptions, whether due to development work or any other cause, customers now have direct access to resolution by reaching out to BTCL’s call centre at 16402, as announced by BTCL.
The assurance is clear – any issue reported to the call centre will receive a prompt and effective solution.
State Minister for Post, Telecommunication, and Information Technology, Zunaid Ahmed Palak, emphasized on Monday that BTCL customers should not face any inconvenience or disturbance while seeking assistance from this government service.
Reacting swiftly to a social media post highlighting a customer’s disconnection from BTCL’s internet service in the Banglamotor area of Dhaka, the state minister took immediate measures to address the matter and acknowledged other customer complaints.
In a stern warning, the state minister emphasized that all concerned parties must adhere strictly to ensuring seamless service for BTCL customers, reinforcing the commitment to delivering efficient government services without any hindrance.
