Bangladesh has confirmed an additional 39 Covid-19 cases within a span of 24 hours leading up to Friday morning, as per the data released by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
This recent update elevates the nation’s cumulative Covid-19 tally to 2,046,542 cases. However, the country did not witness any new fatalities during this period, keeping the death toll static at 29,478.
With 554 samples processed, the daily positivity rate for Covid-19 tests in Bangladesh was calculated at 7.04%, as highlighted by the DGHS. Meanwhile, the recovery rate remains steady at an impressive 98.41%, aligning with a consistent death rate of 1.44%.
