The recently elected parliamentarians from Dhaka divisions take center stage in the composition of the new cabinet, showcasing a robust lineup for Bangladesh’s governance.
With a total of 15 lawmakers, including the influential Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, representing Dhaka, this 37-member cabinet signifies a diverse collaboration. Following closely is Chattogram division, contributing nine MPs, setting the stage for a well-rounded leadership.
Division-wise Representation: Chattogram’s nine representatives are followed by Sylhet division with three MPs, while Barishal, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, and Rangpur divisions each contribute two lawmakers to the newly formed cabinet.
Oath-Taking Ceremony Details: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, along with the 37-member cabinet, is scheduled to take the oath at Bangabahban at 7:00 pm today, Thursday. President Mohammed Shahabuddin will officiate the swearing-in ceremony.
Diverse Cabinet Composition: Apart from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the cabinet includes 25 full ministers and 11 state ministers, creating a dynamic team poised to lead the nation’s development.
Full Ministers and State Ministers: The comprehensive list includes prominent figures like AKM Mozammel Huq, Obaidul Quader, Asaduzzaman Khan, Anisul Huq, Dipu Moni, and others, representing various divisions.
