The police discovered the body of model Tanzim Tasnia at her residence in the Dhanmondi area of the capital city. The recovery took place on Friday morning at her address, 9/1 Dhanmondi. Tasnia, a Media Studies student at ULAB, was actively engaged in modeling alongside her academic pursuits. The Sub-Inspector of Dhanmondi Police confirmed the retrieval of her deceased body from her home. Family sources indicated that Tasnia lived alone in the flat, while other family members resided in a separate unit.
In the early morning, a concerned friend contacted the family after noticing her alarming condition. Upon reaching her apartment, they found her hanging and promptly transported her to a private hospital. Later, she was transferred to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Reports highlight Tasnia’s academic excellence in the Media Studies department and her dedication to a modeling career. However, the circumstances surrounding her unfortunate demise have not been disclosed.
