The formal agreement ceremony witnessed the presence of notable figures including Md Shamsul Arefin, Chairman of Startup Bangladesh’s Board of Directors and Secretary of the ICT Division; Sami Ahmed, the Managing Director of Startup Bangladesh; Hasan A. Arif, overseeing Portfolio Investment; Shuvo Rahman, the dynamic Managing Director of Alice Labs, alongside other key stakeholders. A recent official statement elaborated on MyAlice’s transformative capabilities, offering a comprehensive platform amalgamating customer support, sales, and marketing functionalities. This integration empowers direct-to-consumer brands to amplify revenue streams while optimizing operational efficiencies. Impressively, over 150 enterprises spanning South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East harness MyAlice’s prowess to bolster their online business revenues. Furthermore, Alice Labs is diligently advancing its capabilities by integrating Generative AI-driven automation.
